So I have decided to start a blog. Yeah me!!! I have wanted to do one ever since Presley was born, but guess we will start with her almost being 6 months. I cannot believe how much time has just flown by and my 7 pound 4 ounce baby has become a little "turkey" as her daddy likes to call her, with a budding personality. Her latest favorite thing to do is to scrunch up her nose and breath in and out really fast, while having a big gummy grin. She likes the way it sounds and we sure get a kick out of it! She makes us laugh so much! So it has been an eventful August around here, we have been fortunate enough to FINALLY sell the townhome which means no more showings YES I CAN BE A SLOB AGAIN! And since then we have decided to stay temporarily in an apartment while looking for homes. One positive to this apartment is that we are very close to the pool. Close enough for the baby moniter to reach it...now thats what I'm talking about. We have had some fun playdates over here since I have talked friends into coming over to get out of the 100 plus degree heat. It has been like 45 days straight that it has been over 100 degrees, it is just TOO HOT! Presley and I don't do much of anything outside but swimming, and she does love the pool! Well here is to blog #1 or I guess post #1? I am new to this blogging stuff and I just hope that post # 2 isn't when we have a second child or something :)
